llReview and rewording of the Bylaws. The last time these were updated was in 2016. If you have not done so already, please cast your vote on the revised wording.

- 2026 applications have been created for homeowners and tenants. Ideally, we prefer for you to complete the online application. Filling this out online, will reduce the wait time for processing at the park. We have been preparing envelopes with everyone's assigned key and stickers. If need be, fillable PDF forms have also been created. For renters, a copy of the lease agreement and rules attestation are required.
- Given the expense of the boat ramp and the increased traffic the boat ramp receives, the board has voted and made the decision to increase the cost to register each watercraft to $100. We feel that this is a very reasonable price based on going rates around the area.
- Please take pictures of your watercraft and trailer registrations. You can email these to rivieravillagpoa@gmail.com or you may text them to me at 407-242-0279. If you text me, please include your Riviera street address (i.e., house number and street name).
