Membership Information
The board reviewed and reworded the Bylaws. The last time these were updated was in 2016. The new Bylaws were approved by our members at our annual meeting, which was held on January 17, 2026 at 11am. If you have not renewed your membership yet, please do so before February 17, 2026 to avoid a lapsing in your membership.
- 2026 applications have been created for homeowners and tenants. We kindly ask you type the information on the writable pdf applications at the bottom of this page. Typing instead of writing will assure your information is correctly saved on our end. Once the form is filled up, please email it to us to rivieravillagepoa@gmail.com. For renters, a copy of the lease agreement and rules attestation are required.
- If you are registering a vessel, please take pictures of your watercraft and trailer registrations and email them to rivieravillagepoa@gmail.com. Please include your Riviera street address (i.e., house number and street name).
- Updated 2026 rules have been approved and are available in the link below.
