The locks in the park will be changed January 20, 2024 . 

You must have a new or re-programmed FOB to get into the park or use the park after the switchover.

If you wish to receive your 2024 FOB on January 20th please submit by email or via Mail PRIOR TO JAN. 20:

1.   Your completed/ESIGNED fillable 2024 application 

2.   Your $250 fee (add applicable vessel sticker fees and/or online payment fees, see below) for 2024 if current member, new members joining have a one time $1,250 fee.

Checks should be made out to Riviera Village Property Owners Association (RVPOA)

3.  There is a $25 fee for each vessel you register WITH a copy of proof of vessel ownership/registration (paper copies will not be returned.)  

Please note there will be an additional decal fee for each registered boat which will be $25 per vessel in addition to your $250 membership fee.  

FOBS WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED THIS YEAR WITHOUT THE PROPER PAPERWORK FILLED OUT AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION.

Membership with No registered boat (vessel) $250

One boat $275 total

Two boats $300 total

New members, one-time initiation fee of $1000

You must register all motorized vessels you wish to launch in the basin. The owner's name must be on the application as a resident of Riviera Village with the address of the Member on the registration.

 Motorized vessels include motorized boats and jet skis. 

Registrations may be submitted via email, pictures of your current documents are fine as long as the info is legible.

We may request PROOF of Riviera Village residency AND PROOF of Boat Registration (registered to you or a member of your household) along with PROOF of your paid fees in order to issue membership, FOB, and applicable stickers.   

NO STICKERS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROVIDING REGISTRATION IN THE MEMBERS NAME.  

Please note, this action is to protect your park!

You may not register a relative or friend’s vessel unless they live in the same household, are listed on your application and that address is on the vessel registration.     

Decals will be issued in pairs, one for your vessel and another for your trailer.     

THERE WILL BE A UNIQUE DECAL FOR THE VESSEL AND TRAILER WHICH WILL BE INDICATED ON THE STICKER.  PLEASE ADHERE THE CORRECT STICKER TO THE CORRECT ITEM. 

These decals must be displayed on the vessel (ON THE TRANSOM) and trailer (ON THE TONGUE) at all times.

There is one member allowed per address, this is the name that should be put on the Member’s Name line of the application-not two names.  Each address has one official member of the organization.  This is important and will be corrected at time of application if incorrect.  This is important for membership voting purposes.

Please complete the correct application and note that we are now asking that you provide the names of each person in your residence in Riviera Village.  

Please provide one email address that you would like to use for communication purposes.  As a result of not providing an email address we cannot guarantee you will receive association communications.  

Please note, by signature on the membership application you are agreeing to the Association Park and Boat Basin Rules, are responsible for all your guests, and will abide by the decisions of the Board of Directors regarding enforcement of these rules.

It is the responsibility of each applicant to have read the Association Rules as membership requires agreement by signature and indicates you and your household members will adhere to them.  

After the last key distribution date, Jan 20TH, options to renew your membership are by Emailing your application with applicable vessel registrations, pay online or you can mail a paper application to the PO Box and check to the association PO Box 692, Key Largo, FL, 33037 and you will receive your FOB per instructions from the administrator.
