Annual Park Meeting Saturday, 2/8/25 at 11:00am
RVPOA will remain using the already distributed keys for 2025. All members will be required to pay the annual membership price of $250 plus applicable watercraft fees by 2/22/25, or return the key. If anyone fails to renew for 2025, then next year they will be considered a new member and will be required to pay the NEW member fee of $1,000 plus annual membership dues.
1. Complete your 2025 application.
a) Owner application, or
b) Tenant application, including a copy of the lease.
2. Attach a copy of the rules attestation, indicating you
understand and will abide by the rules.
3. Register your watercraft(s), including current copies of vessel
and trailer registration(s). Vessels must be registered to
property owner. There is a $25.00 fee per watercraft registered.
(Copies of registrations will not be returned.)
4. Pay the applicable fees. Make checks payable to PVPOA. Online
payments must pay the applicable 3.5% surcharge. Below is a
breakdown of the fees by membership type.
a. Previous member/tenant without a vessel--$250.00 or
$258.75 online.
b. Previous member/tenant with one vessel--$275.00 or
$284.63 online.
c. Previous member/tenant with two vessels--$300.00 or
$310.50 online.
d. New member without a vessel--$1,250.00 or $1,293.75 online.
e. New member with one vessel--$1,275.00 or $1,319.63 online.
f. New member with two vessels--$1,300.00 or $1,345.50 online.
You must register all motorized vessels you wish to launch in the basin. The owner's name must be on the application as a resident of Riviera Village with the address of the Member on the registration. Motorized vessels include motorized boats and jet skis. Registrations may be submitted via email, pictures of your current documents are fine as long as the info is legible.
NO STICKERS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROVIDING REGISTRATION IN THE MEMBERS NAME.
You may not register a relative or friend’s vessel unless they live in the same household, are listed on your application and that address is on the vessel registration.
THERE WILL BE A UNIQUE DECAL FOR THE VESSEL AND TRAILER WHICH WILL BE INDICATED ON THE STICKER. PLEASE ADHERE THE CORRECT STICKER TO THE CORRECT ITEM.
These decals must be displayed on the vessel (ON THE TRANSOM) and trailer (ON THE TONGUE) at all times.
There is one member allowed per address, this is the name that should be put on the Member’s Name line of the application-not two names. Each address has one official member of the organization. This is important and will be corrected at time of application if incorrect. This is important for membership voting purposes.
Please complete the correct application and note that we are now asking that you provide the names of each person in your residence in Riviera Village.
